May Flowers

The No Rules Fiber Artists' theme for May was flowers.
 
Nancy brought in her completed flower pin which was started at April's meeting.
 
 
 
Pat made a bright triangle quilt.
 
 
  The quilt has a different look when it is turned.

 
 
 
Dee showed a flower pounding project she is making.  She pounded pansies onto her fabric and later embellished the project with beads in place of quilting.
 
 
 
 
Wanda shared a kitty silhouette with a flowered border.  Wanda hand dyed the background fabric.
 
 
 
Karen shared a green and brown throw she completed.
 
 
Karen also made a counted cross stitch saying for a wedding present.
 
 
For the May challenge, Karen made this pansy block.

Julie D. made this owl using Inktense pencils.
 
 
 
 
Mary shared two Bunny quilts which had flowers.

Alice was inspired by Freda Anderson when she made her daffodil quilt.
 
 
Alice made this large bag and accessories using vinyl she machine embroidered.
  


 
 
 
Nancy used melted crayons to make this tulip quilt.
