October Show and Tell

There was no theme this month.

This throw-size quilt is Wanda's response to the September theme, "Inspired by a picture."
Her inspiration was the squares in the pictured quilt.

Every square is quilted differently.

Wanda also made this "Music" themed quilt.  The quilt is composed of  collected Row-by-Row blocks.  The quilt will be a gift for Wanda's musical daughter.

Tam designed this door quilt for Halloween.  The one-block applique quilt
features bats and pumpkins.

Karen will not be at the November meeting so she shared her "Baskets" themed project
for next month.  Her one-block applique quilt features a basket of flowers.

Karen has bee working all summer on items to sell at craft shows.  She mad pot holders
that hold measuring spoons.

Karen also made little clip-on carrying bags to hold cell phones,
glasses and other small items.

Barb made this large quilt top featuring a skeleton panel for her 12-year-old grandson,
who likes science.  All the fabrics are science themed.

Terry engineered this huge brightly colored bag so that the flower would end up on the front.
Her daughter will use it to carry teaching supplies.

Joyce made trick-or-treat bags for her grandsons.
