January Show and Tell

Our topic this month was "Shape." 

 
Sue shared a pink Dresden Plate quilt, which she and her church group worked on.
 
 
Sue also made a quilt using panels with a chickadee theme.
 
 
This is Sue's spring patchwork quilt.
 
 
 
 
Wanda missed the November old linens challenge, so she shared her project at this meeting. 
She used vintage linens to make outfits for Barbie dolls.
 
 
Wanda made this quilt using a table cloth and napkins from India.

Wanda's shape project was this Snails Trail Quilt.
 
 
 
 Alice machine embroidered shapes and trimmed her project with rick-rack.
 
 
Alice also did these three wall hangings using machine embroidery.
 

 
 
Nancy made the following boxes using men's ties.
 





 
 
Julie made "Raven's Cache".  She drew the raven using Inktense pencils.  A branch is used to hold the project.
